For your convienence we offer three payment methods:

Pay by Credit Card

To pay by credit card simply click on the title you want. Check the boxes next to the CD's you wish to order and
click Buy Now. At the shopping cart, click "check out". If you have a PayPal account, click continue, and if not
click where it says "if you do not have a paypal account click here"

Pay by Check

1. Make checks payable to QuickClick Training.
2. List CD-ROMs to be ordered.

Our Guarantee

If you are not totally satisfied with your training CD-ROM, you may return the same with 30 days for a complete refund, less shipping costs. There are no re-stocking fees added or any other deduction. If purchasing more than 1 volume, you must return at least 50% of the total number of volumes unopened. Additionally, if for any reason there is a material defect in a CD-ROM, the same will be replaced at no charge.

Simply contact Customer Support at 1-801-808-3373 and tell them what training CD-ROMs you ordered and we will promptly remedy the situation.

Shipping and Delivery

If you place your order by 2:00 PM (EST) Monday - Thursday and your order will ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (EST) on Friday will ship on Monday.

We offer 2 shipping options: United States Postal Priority 2-3 Day and USPS Express 1-2 Day.
 
USPS Priority 2-3 Day Air: $8.95 per order + $1.00 per volume.
USPS Express 1-2 Air: $20.00 + $1.00 per volume.

Upgrade Policy

Save over 50% by upgrading your training products to the new version! When a software program upgrades and you have purchased the training videos or CD-ROMs from MacAcademy/Windows Academy, you may upgrade to the newer version of that specific program for only $24.95 per volume plus shipping. Call for details.

Educators and Corporate Discounts

Competitive discounts are available to corporations, goverment agencies, and educators. Quantity discounts apply to orders over $1,500. Please contact us to see if you are eligible for a discount.

License Information

Single User License

A nontransferable license that permits the purchaser to install the training content on one computer to train one user only. Duplication, sharing, multiple installations and/or electronic transmission of any content are in violation of QuickClick Training U.S. Copyright and International Copyright Laws.

Multi-User License

A nontransferable multi-user limited license that permits the purchaser to install the training content and train a maximum of 20 individuals. With this license the product may be installed on individual workstations, or accessed from a server. Duplication of the CD and/or electronic transmission of any content is in violation of the manufacturer’s copyright. If additional sets of CD-ROM media are needed at the same licensed location, these may be purchased at discounted MUL prices.

QuickClick Training Licensing Agreements

With the purchase of an QuickClick Training User License as described above, the product may only be used in its original form and delivery presentation. QuickClick Training products may not be leased, rented, downloaded or used in any manner that may violate the copyright of E-Training or its authors. The product may not be disassembled into smaller parts and may not be copied to any media, disk drive, or CD-ROM for distribution. Duplication, alteration, modification, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or reproduction in any way is strictly illegal and will be prosecuted to the full extent of International Copyright Laws.
